If you're already using the oven to make dinner, then pop these in there too. I love when dinner can be baked in the oven and not on the stove top, makes clean up a breeze.
Prep time: 10 minutes
2 teaspoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ cherry tomatoes
3 cloves garlic, sliced thin

Cook time: 20 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 lb. green beans, trimmed2 teaspoons olive oil

Directions:
Toss together and bake 400 F for 20-25 minutes or until slightly wilted
Keeps in the fridge for 4 days well.
